alright i plan on rebuilding my motor very soon with eagle rods and SRP pistons.....i had a turbo kit i was gonna throw on the stock motor but now since im rebuilding it i plan on maxxing the turbo out.....its a t3 42/48 so i know it wont do probably more than 16-18 psi....sooo i plan on running 15 psi on 450cc dsm injectors.....i was wondering though if 15 psi will get me more than 300hp.....bc i know the injectors max duty is at around 300hp......im running 2.5 dp and exhaust as well....i want to run it to the max but i dont want to hurt it by not getting enough fuel as well.....so i was wondering if you guys think 15 psi will push over 300 hp? i just dont want to max out the injectors....some input on what you guys think?

yea...im having turbo1.5 from turbod16.com make me a street tune for my PM6.....he made me one for 10 psi but now i figure i want to max the turbo
i know the max of the turbo is probably around 15 psi.....so it should be a alright setup for my first boost set up.....every turbo ive seen has pushed around 11 hp per psi.....USUALLY
so my built motor should push around 120hp to the wheels.....
15 psi x 11 hp = 165 hp....
so 120 + 165 = 285 hp.....
i guess i can only hope lol....

lol, your math doesnt make sense. you cant just assume that you will make 11hp per psi...15 psi x 11 hp = 165 hp....

no but look at everyones setup and tell me how much hp they make per psi....its close to 11.....ive seen either 10 or 11......im just saying....its a guess......

Sounds around right, I would say low to mid 200s.no, you are not going to hit 300 with a .42/.48. id guess that at 15psi, you will be closer to 250
he's not 'maxing out his turbo' he's talking about pushing his build
according to witchunter's injector calc i'd go with 550cc injectors

to support this, a subaru WRX STi makes ~300hp on 4 injectors, they are also 550cc
300hp is DEFINATELY maxing out those injectors. 250HP is much more manageable.

it looks like a 50 trim-super50 T4 compressor will do you good.
