Turbo b16...............help

My car(00 Si) has just been boosted. It has a greddy 18g turbo kit. Minus the blue box. I still haven't tune it. I have the stock ecu, and using the stock injectors. I have a p28 ecu & the hondata s200. I just need the obd2b- obd1 harness to switch ecu's. Also, I'm on the look out to find some 450cc injectors. My questions are;

Am I hurting my car if I drive it the way it is? I try not to get to that point of boosting........

When my car is stop, the car idles from 0k-2k rpm like if it's going to turn off, is that normal? or is it because the injectors? not tune yet?

Any help would be great. Also, if anyone knows someone who's selling some injectors and a obd2b-obd1 harness in San Diego it would be cool.
I also need a place or someone that can tune my car once I get the harness.

Thanks

Open the wastegate all the way open so you are boosting 0psi. You are hurting your motor by throwing boost with no extra fuel. You are running way to lean and will cause major damage to the motor.

The car is probably has a weird idle because of something hooked up from or some other sensor problem.

Get the harness off of any online store. You can get dsm 450 injectors on ebay for cheap. But if you have no clue what you are doing I suggest researching or take it to someone that knows what they are doing.

well I have an fmu, so i don't think Im running lean. I only get boost until I reach 4k rpm, I try to shift before
4k. Once I get the injectors and ecu I'll take the fmu off.

with the fmu are you running the missing link (check valve)???

If you are running the fmu and the link (so the map sensor doesn't see boost) with that small of a turbo you are good for 5-6lbs. But I would still take it easy and get the injectors and a tune. Then you can throw the fmu and link away.

I do have the fmu and missing link. Like I said, i try not to start the boost when I'm driving. The boost kicks in around 4k rpm, so I try not to go over.

So the idle, is it normal or what can it be? it doesn't do it all the time, it's like.....2-3 times a day.

Hard to say. Most likely the IACV or TPS sensor going bad.

throw away the fmu, and dont drive your car until you get everything you need to completely and correctly boost your car....that means get it tuned too.

if you are running the stock ecu and stock injectors, then there is something hooked up wrong, a vacuum leak or an issue somewhere its def not normal or a tuning issues.
