can you hear your BOV when rev? well i cant!

the time it takes to fill your charge pipe and intercooler with boost is longer than the short 1.5 seconds you have your foot on the throttle to rev it up, thus there is little or no boost in the charge pipe to be released when the bov opens

Dont wanna thread jack but, Mugenkid whats you setup on the ls turbo... just reading your sig and wondering cause I got a friend running a lsvtec turbo and at 8 pounds, stock internals and hes not making as much power as you

the block was rebuilt with stock compression, b16a2 head, garrett t3/t4 57 trim, 2.5" IC piping, ram horn manifold, 3" exhaust, Tial wastegate and bov, 650cc injectors, PowerFC ecu, A/C and P/S removed. it made 266 on 6lbs. ill be shooting for 315-320 on 10lbs a little later when 280 isnt enough anymore :lol:

lol crazy man. Thanks for replying. I was gonna go turbo D (prob should change my name now lol) but decided against it. Ended up going with a b16a and am gonna run a peakboost kit tuned on hondata. Getting the kit for cheap as someone I know had it and he was making 267 whp/ 191ftlbs on 6 pounds, stock internals on a c1, so I'll see how far I can push the engine before it blows lol
