Wich ball bearing Turbo are the best???

Well i got a D16A9 on my civic edan 92, i want to know wich are the best option for my motor, i was thinking in:

IHI VF22
Garret GT 28 ( dont know wich reference )
Garret GT30 ( dont know wich reference )

guys help me... i dont know wich i have to use, and i dont want to waste my money THX!

gt30 is a large turbo for that motor and i wouldnt run unless ur motor is built


but main thing is goal if u only want 325-350 hp id say gt28 but if u want more such as 350-450 go gt30

in my experience, a d-series can't really handle more then 250hp on the block.
