amp/ sub HELP!!!!!!

okay.. im so f'n frustrated ryte now!!!! my sub's arent working and ive tried everything... and someone tell me why this is happening..... im getting power to my amp but the subs arent working... and at the same time my front speakers are working.. but when i put "amp cancel on" on my deck my subs start working but my front speakers will turn off.. then when i hit "amp cancel off" my front speakers will work but my subs wont.. anyone know what im doing wrong????? please help asap because i dont wanna pay 100 to find out

What headunit to you have and what quality RCA's do you have?

When I was installing my girls system, we had the same problem. We had a set of bad RCA's so they weren't doing their job of getting music to the amp.

Check your connections again, too.

clarion vrx755vd... in-dash touch screen... it could be the rca's because it looks wacked out.. also just incase i did it wrong.. what color is the "remote wire" for the amp

remote wire is usually a light blue or blue.

it still should be blue...usually its marked also...

i would check the remote wire if your not getting anything

Check remote and RCA's that is what I did wrong when I wired mine...

the remote wire on the back of the head unit should be marked but its norm blue w/ a white stripe. check that and make sure it has a solid connection. your rcs cables might be switched or just bad in general so look that over. prob not an issue but check the grounding for the amp and the head unit.

Have you checked the fuse on the 12v cable that goes from your amp to your battery?
