I am building my block! After about a month and a half I finally got access to an engine stand and put it on, took out the pistons and to my amazement all my cylinders are in perfect tolerance! i measured them with a bore gauge and they where all with 0-.0002 or what ever it is measured in. the only problem is a little bit of scarring on #1 which was probably causing all my blue smoke. I'm very surprised how my bearings look and my crank. No scars other than what would be expected on a 185k motor that was well maintained.

Plans:
Vitaras (depending on hone it will either be .5 over or std)
Eagles or FJT's special I beam rods (depending on price)
OEM headgasket
All OEM seals replaced
Crower valves (undecided on springs)
Crower cam
Last but not least, A Tune! (w/neptune)

its a z6 and my goals are to be somewhere around 300whp. for now, since im limited by turbo and injectors, im just going for about 250whp.

Finally I got my FJ Distributors Custom I-beams in today! Although my head is still in the machine shop, checking valves, re-seating valves, and replacing the valve guides, I should have it running in about 2 weeks time. Instead of Neptune, I'm going with my tuners preference; Hondata s300 (Ouch!). Break in will be with stock injectors and stock computer for 500 miles, no turbo.

To do list:
Hone block
Hot tank block
Get spark plugs, oil, oil filter, timing belt
Flush radiator
Put this thing together!
