What is the easiest way to run an amp power wire from the battery to the trunk?

I looked and it looks like a pain in the ass, you have to take out the front seat belt and they rear seats and rear side panels? :(

i ran mine down the passenger side door sille. there is a rubber grommet on the firewall behind the battery, i cut a slit though that to run the 4gauge wire. i ran it under the carpet behind the ECU and under the plastic door sille, then behind the seatbelt and through the gap between the fender and the inside panel. that was on a coupe, it would be different on a sedan, but im assuming you have a coupe..?

Yes coupe, I'm assuming you had to take out the seats to take the panels out?

well at the time of install i was doing more than just rewiring my amp, i was painting my interior so i removed all the panels and the seats anyway, but yes i think you have to remove the rear seats to get the side panel off. one of the brackets that holds the back rest in place has to be removed to get the side panel off, which is held on by some push snaps. the bench comes out by removing the 12mm bolt in the back and pulling the whole thing upwards til it pops out of its holders

i used to have pics but ive since removed them from image hosting :???:

its definitely worth doing right the first time. just make sure not to break any of the push snaps on the door sille or the side panel. and remember dont run the stereo RCA cables along side the power cable b/c you will probably get distortion. a good place to put the ground wire is on the bolt on the back of the seat belt retractor.
