Turbine spins at idle, I hit 10lbs (with boost controller) around 6k RPM.
This turbo was rebuilt with dual turbines, definitely enough for 250.

i would be willing to trade my rims and maybe an oem 96-98 rear lip BNIB. rims are konig heliums in bronze with 205 series ecstas with lots of life. rims are mint almost. i would shipped these to you and you ship the kit to me. let me know

and yeah, the turbo was rebuilt, then used on my car for about 1k miles or somewhere around there.
