hmm...i mihgt as well remove the bumper coz im doin this together with the installation of my rear lip..
anyhow, ive already looked at it and it seems the difficult part is removing the trunk side trim..i might even damage the clips in the process...
i need to remove the trim coz i cant remove the 4 bolts holding the taillight in the back..

For 6th gens you don't need to remove the bumper.

There should be four nuts on the inside holding it on, plus the plug. It's incredibly easy.

And a clip remover from Autozone or something will work great for removing your trunk clips inside. It looks like a tiny crowbar kind of.

No, it shouldnt. Swaping out taillights takes maybe 10 minutes. Easy job.

Yep, really easy. Did mine on my sedan. I think they look WAY better. Just make sure you have amber bulbs for the turn signals.

if they take 7440, should get the silvervisions. brighter than stock and looks almost clear when off.

I don't know what you want to wash with water, but yes, you can wash the outside of the taillights with water. Don't put any inside the assembly since it could be difficult to get it out.

And 7440 bulb are sold in the US. My coupe takes them too, and it's USDM.

I only like stock taliilghts. So as long as their Honda, they're good.

The bulbs should all be the same though. There's a chance they'll call them something else, but you'll still have bulbs for them. If you check your bulbs you'll see a number on the bulb. Either on the glass or on the plastic or metal plug.

if you want i can get some silvervisions and ship them to you from usa, if you pay all the costs. but im not sure how much the shipping would be. i could ask the post office if you wanna pm me an address. the bulbs are kinda pricey tho, i think almost $40 usd for a pair.

Do you mean SilverStars?

Though I've never had a problem with them, there are a lot of complaints about them not lasting very long.

The OP should have no problem finding replacement bulbs though. The only weird bulb I've ever heard of is the H4H for 5th gen headlights.
