That was the first thing I got for mine. It's been 3+yrs, and still works great. The others are only adaptors, the revo is the full assembly, and for what like $100, can't beat it.

The revo isn't that much shorter, maybe 1/2"-3/4", but the real difference is between 1 and 2, and 3rd and forth, nice and quick shifts.
