Not really. My Civic was made in the US
No only poorly and distastefully modded Hondas are rice. Ones with more show than go. IE body kits, euro tails, halo/projector headlights, ungodly wings made for rwd, painted interior, colored wire loom, chrome rims, seat covers, under glow, huge stereo systems that way more than a person, rims so large your car looks like its a 4x4. The list goes on and on... These are the few that I could think of.
This is my own personal opinion. I know many will agree and some may not.

Hondas dont come from the factory as ricers, its people like you that make them ricers.
Why dont you add a body kit, altezzas, wireloom and stickers on your car since you defend rice so much?

yea why is everyone always on here hating and trying tofight with people. if you dont like the car then keep it to yourself.. you could give some ideas, like maybe if i was you i would change the rims or something.. everyone as their own creativity you know. if he likes the rims how is he hurting you? and like long grain said, this is a place for all civics, and there are people with f**kin eclipses and stuff on here, how you gonna tell someone with a civic they arent welcome here.

i cant afford a kit, but you better believe i'll have one eventually, altezza's arent really my thing, i dont have any wires to loom, and i already have stickers on my car, and 3 more in the mail.

The tail lights are different, so i'd look on the street.
not a fan of any seat covers, but that's my opinion.
Stereo set up is nice.
You need to paint the skirts and try get rid of the black strip down the sides.
BUT its nice
plus P-plater gonna kill himself if too many engine mods
