What's really messed up is that although the actions of the driver in front of me caused me to hit him, making his fault that I hit him, it is still considered my fault

But hopefully insurance taakes care of the both of us.

I might salvage it, I have a potential buyer

In relation to the insurance issue, trust me its bad

I pay $510, liability, every six months b/c I live outside the main tri-state area

Its way worse if you live in any of the 5 boroughs

The Bronx and Manhattan being the most expensive

If you're ever down here you'll notice alot of people driving around with out-of-state plates due to such high insurance payments
