What is this?

I don't know what to call this part (the slot below stereo). Also, where can I buy 1. my car is 00 EX model & missing this part. How to install it would be nice too (if it doesn't require any unscrewin).

It's referred to as a "pocket". There's brackets that come off the cd player that it screws into. Sadly, the center console will need to be removed for proper installation.

crap! I wonder if Honda dealer would sell parts & install this kind of stuffs (just prefer a place that specializes in Honda).

The honda dealer will have the part. We actually have some in stock at the dealer I work at. However, they will charge you an arm and a leg for installation. You can do it, it's not too bad just follow a tutorial on here on how to take off the climate control area.

Edit: Actually Honda dealer should have all the parts for my 00 EX, am i correct? i'm looking @ a new side skirt (painted in sliver), one tail light, and new bumper as well

i would try looking on ebay or other places before buying parts from the dealership. you are going to get ripped off big time by buying from the dealership.
