RCA preout confusion.... help!!

ok, when i first got my car it came with what was a $1000 deck. The only problem was that the RCA preouts were gone.
So... i installed a line out converter spliced into my speakers. Problem was the speakers distortted once i turn the volume up because of the low frequencies.
Anyways, i finally got the RCA's off ebay and now my system sounds awesome
But since i'm running a JBL 4 channel amplifier and 2 subs i was wondering how i can connect the subs so they are bridged when the amp requires 2 RCA inputs? (2 unused channels currently)

Should i use the sub out and the rear out? (is their difference from front?)
or the sub out and the line converter?
or should i just use the sub out and buy Y adapters into both rca inputs into the amp?

What is the best method? Does anybody know the sound quality difference between each method?

The more i think about the more i get confused lol

So you have a 4- channel amp from the line outpuit converter? and then rcas from the head unit to the sub amp?

What kinda head unit is it?

it should have pre outs for Front/Rear and subs.. if you were using head unit for the preouts the rcas would go into the front and rear pre out for the 4 channel.

you can also turn volumes down on the line output converter

No there's a single 4 channel amp (at the moment).
I wanna bridge both subs so all 4 channels are in use.
The sub out is connected to the amp, but i need another set of rca's to input in order to use the other 2 channels (front/rear type).

How should i input the other rca's?

I have a Pioneer DEH-P9650MP.

Yeah it is a flip out one with movies and stuff on it, it's pretty old now. Nice car by the way.

So you reckon the best thing to do is split the sub out?
