I was reading an article about this game. You have a cell phone and have to keep in touch with people. Like if you dont answer the phone for your arms dealer, your price ofguns go up. And the online play is gonna have street racing and deathmatc. Every street has a name and every building has an address.

yup, there are like 16 differrent online games including turf wars! The driving physics is taken from the soon to come midnight club, and you have to hot wire the cars manually no more jumping from one car to then next w/o some work.
There's so much going on with this game I can't wait.
