i was just reading some articles when i logged on to see my 401k and it made me feel dumb for spending all this money into my car. how nice would it feel to be debt free. stop me guys before i sell my kit and hid and gsr seats and rims and car and buy a little saturn hooptie

everyone keeps pissing and moaning about me parting out but i havent saved up for s**t. time to start thinking about my future, and time to stop playing games.

me and my friends got a good laugh when one of them started toying with the idea of selling his mustang because of the gas prices. his cousin has a saturn that hes been meaning to sell so he figured he'd buy it off of him.

my friend has a nasty temper, and all i could picture is this saturn breaking down on him and him trying to kick the door and the dent would just keep popping out just further pissing this guy off.

he'll be coming up to automotion, it'll be a funnier picture once you guys meet him

yeah i wouldnt sell it but turbo/seats/etc are not necessary. i just want to be debt free and i am making progress but the car slows me down a lot

BRAND NEW razor blade will work fine for it, keep it flat on the glass at an angle and you wont scratch anything. We used them all the time when I was at autoglass specialists.

Thanks for the tip hun! I'm not doing it anytime soon until I get pulled for it once again. My case was dismissed today. Light sensitivity FTMFW!!!!!!!!! Anthony (the cop) was in court too.

ive seen these in my hands, and its a real solid peice.
the steel guage is pretty big and the welds are clean
the flanges are clean cut aswell.
if you want, i can go with you if you wana see them live.

hey guys ill be in chicago this weekend. need to pick up some s**t for my car but i wanted to take advantage of the trip and see if i could install my turbo kit. i want to save the installation money cause theyre charging me 400 bucks to install it.

would anyone be able to help out or is willing on saturday and sunday if we have to. i think it could be done sat during daytime if started early enough. i plan on getting my oil pan and a flange welded at a shop about 10 mins from home. this will be in a garage 2 so let me know whos willing to help. i have no choice but to run on a basemap for a week or 2 till can get back to chicago.

im willing to help, but im not an expert at turboing. i know how to work hands-on and understand mechanics, but
turbos in general antonio are complicated. i know for a fact you cant just slap it or "bolt it on" and go. 400 bucks for installation isnt that bad. do you have a book or some sorta guide thats goint to help you out? i woul pay the shop 400 and ask them if I could help. i'll learn what I dont know and it'll be installed correctly. im not sure how much experince you got with installing turbos, but doint it the right way the first time will save headaches. im not tring telling you what to do, im just letting you know what I would do.

well there is a garage where i used to live. so more than likely there. i wont get started though unless there is enough people with knowledge willing to help. so if you want to be nice to me and help let me know here. i am really just going to pick up some hids i got that were shipped to chicago by mistake. hecz....would your bro be able to lend a hand. essentially i want to install it saturday and maybe maybe tune it monday if i can call off of work and get into a dyny on really late notice. if not ill have to drive back to bloomington and drive on a basemap till i get back up there.

oh and i am staying right by 79th and pulaski near oak lawn/burbank area.

yes, my brother can lend you a hand. but he's not free on saturdays till after 5pm. i have another friend that is very knowledgeable and he is willing to do the whole thing for you, not for free tho.

and i have to remove my front crash bar cause the intercooler is too big for it with it on. but ill prob be replacing it later on then cause i dont want to see my car like blackhope's car...he had same intercooler and no crash bar.

i woouldnt do that. now your car will be less safe but faster? nah, bad idea
find a way not to remove it, maybe a smaller IC?
