ok guys so i tried and tried to make my s**t less than the required size in ps but i couldnt so i am posting it here for yall experts to try. i could only get it under 19.5kb by looking all blurry and s**t. and i want it to look crisp.

so can someone use this pic and make me something. my car will be boosted soon as well hence why my ex. below shows a turbo.
