Yeah it has an SiR lip. It's easy to miss in pics cuz of its size and lighting issues.

Heh...I missed the SiR lip. In every picture you have of the front end, the iip is in the shade, and the lip is black so it blends in. Still tho, IMO a Mugen would look much better (even tho its way played out). I personally just dont like the looks of the stock 96-98 bumper (even w/a SiR lip).
