first off i have a 95 civic hatch w/B16a T70 turbo AR70 84HOT 1000cc inj 255 fp GSR cams solid plate 6puc 50mm wg on 10psi. I hit the track this last weekend and tested the car down the 1320, i was on a set of 14" steeleyes and crappy rubber. I ran a 14.4@105 with a 2.4 60' time so, what would you guys estamate i can run with a set of 10x22x13 slicks and a twostep at 5k shifting at 8600?:?::?::?::?:

im thinkin you are gunna run in the 12's its too hard to just estimate because we dont know how much hp you have and how much you actually stuck to the track. to me it seems like you didnt have any traction through first cuz that is a shitty ass 60 ft. and with a 14.4 you shouldnt even break into the hundreds. And also, why do you have such a big turbo?

1000cc injectors wouldnt be close to 70 percent duty cycle at 285whp.

if you are trapping 105mph i would guess you are making around 220whp

if 1000cc injectors are 71 percent duty cycle at 285 then what the hell are the guys with 400 whp runnin lol. and that is about right, if your trapping 105 it would be around 215-220 whp. but we gotta remember that he was most likely not grabbing through first.

im making 285whp with 650cc and they hit about 60% duty, tuned on apexi powerFC. 7psi on t3/t4 57 trim. something is wrong with your setup

my shitty traction through first and 2nd gets me in the 13's on 1/4 and i cant drag for s**t

trap speeds arent affected much with how much it hooks in first, and actually when a car gets traction the trap speeds tend to drop if anything.

70 percent duty on 1000cc injectors would net 400whp+ at stock base fuel pressure which equates to approximately 125-127mph trap speeds in an EG hatch. i dont think there is a problem using 1000's on a 285whp setup, overkill yes, but they wont hinder you and were accesible.

with a 105mph trap speed and 22" slicks i think you can get into the 12's with some good driving. but who cares what people say online, go out there and see what its got.

absolutly!
when i ran my mustang the 1st time after it was built, i ran a 15.02 @ 106mph... lots of tire spin.
after it became more comphortable to drive, i netted 12.4 @ 108mph.

to the OP... LSD, traction bars, and slicks will help your traction problems. be gentle if your on stock axels tho... lol
