How do these look in black?

So i got my eBay OEM style foggies today. I decided on the black housing because i have black head lights and plus i thought it would go well with the black grills and stuff

How do they look? (sorry for the crappy iPhone picture, my canon 40D is getting repaired)

Ill do a shoot again once i get my camera bag, because these iPhone pictures aren't cutting it.

I'm like 50/50 about the fogs, one second i love them, then im not sure.
Install wasn't to bad. Cutting the first whole was a pain, second one was cake. It appears the front bumper was replaced, its not OEM Honda so i didn't have the guide marks.

I think the black looks good . Now get some PIAA H3 Ion Crystal bulbs. You won't regret it at all.

I'm almost convinced that your car would look even better with a CF hood and painted black lip & side skirts (and rear lip if you have one).

Oh i love the Ion yellow bulbs i have them in my Silvias fog lights. So ill definitly have to get some PIAA's for these. I was going to get them for the head lights too, but i'm eyeing up a set up TL projectors so i might do a retrofit instead.

CF hood + lip would look nice, but i like the painted look as well. I dont think i would like black side skirts and rear lip. The link i posted above has pictures of the rear end.

The wheels are like a light gun metal-ish color, i'm pretty sure ill be painting them black, just not sure if i want to go flat or glossy. What do you think?

thats a tough decision for the gloss or flat black ... you kinda just have to find a picture of another car/paint one of each or just imagine it lol

HAHAHA.. i know right, i had flat black on my EVO, and i liked it alot... I might go with that.

My car was painted last year, and if you notice the little insert thingies where the fog light vent is. Mine is white. Where OEM that would be black.

What do you guys think about that?

you should paint that. to me, it makes it look unfinished

i dont like the contrast. ive seen a couple white housings that looked good even with the black headlight housing

as far as the fog bezels, ive always thought the OEM gunmetal color looked best, so much better than black or paint matched IMO.

I agree here...I think it looks good but the gunmetal might look better. car looks great in all though man

Here's what I think you should do:

1) Wetsand and buff your headlights till they are clear.
2) Paint the housing gunmetal
3) Paint the fog bezels gunmetal
