I made root beer-glazed chicken wings when I was out at the cabin, soooo good.

Recipe:

2 lbs Chicken wings (I used drummettes)
3 cans of Root Beer
2 tsp. butter
a diced shallot or two (small onion would be good)
a couple diced garlic cloves
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper

Heat the root beer, butter, shallots, garlic in a medium saucepan at medium-high heat until it gets a glaze consistency. Stir OFTEN, it will burn easily.

Cover the chicken wings in the oil and salt and pepper. BBQ those bitches for about twenty minutes turning often (as long as they lift from the grill easily). During the last five minutes brush the glaze ALL over the wings.

It served eight people as an appetizer when I did it.

Yeah it's super easy too. It's easier to do the glaze first then go bbq the wings so you don't need to keep running inside.

Amazing, quick, healthy'ish' snack I've been doing lately.

A few cups of sugar snap peas
A couple tbsp of taco mis
salt
pepper

Take a couple handfuls of sugar snap peas and put in a ziploc. Pour a little bit of olive oil over beans, maybe a tbsp or two. A couple tbsp of taco mix (enough to lightly LIGHTLY coat peas). Add some salt and Pepper to taste and shake that b***h. Serve in small bowl.

Chicken Swiss Ranch Sandwich

2 boneless chicken breasts - cooked.
1/2 cup ranch dressing
dash of pepper
two pieces swiss cheese
"philly style" bun

start off by handpulling the chicken into small bite size strips.
throw on grill.
let heat.
begin toasting bun.
add cup of ranch.
mix.
dash of pepper after about 30 seconds (not needed but i like it)
after the ranch has begun to sizzle and is throughly mixed, throw on ur swiss cheese.
let cheese melt.
put on the toasted bun.
enjoy the hell out of it.

i think i left it on the stove too long cause i started with 3 cans and the end product was like half a can of root beer lol. but it was still good tho. i only had one clove of garlic, so this weekend im gonna add a little more, and experiment with it a little.
it was very sweet and it was amazing.
maybe ill try adding a little cayenne pepper for a sweet-spicy glaze

^^ It's supposed to get thick though, you want it to stick to the wings. Definitely use two or three cloves AND the shallots, it cuts the sweetness of the root beer. If you want it to be spicy, instead of cayenne try and dice in a jalapeno or use dried chilli flakes (pizza chilis).
