serial number to tune

hey. i bought hondata s200 from a friend with everything. since the serial number is a one time use number, i can't edit maps. i downloaded romeditor 4 from hondata. i called and they said id have to buy it. which is 195...
why should i pay almost full price for something i already paid for?
what should i do?

dont use hondata lol.

use crome, ECUtune, or uberdata or similar. hondata is way over priced and over rated
