Well, the '99-'00 coupes had red/white taillights, but in the US no sedan had them.

I can't tell from the pics if yours are stock or not, but I'm thinking they're probably replicas. There were red/white taillights on the JDM Integra SJ and the Canadian Acura 1.6EL uses the same outer sections too (meaning you can use your US inner sections to make a setup like you have).
