a stright bolt on kit should do you just fine for this. and you would only have to brace the block and upgrade the head gasket and get a good tune and you should be happy and your motor will be happy with running on 8 pounds daily

if thats all the power you want, boost the motor stock, no need to upgrade it (but studs and HG wouldnt hurt as boosted said). piece together your own kit and you will save money and get more appropriate parts that you need.

92,xxx miles really aint that bad.. now if you had 192,xxx miles then id say rebuild it.. but id say you'd be ok without having to rebuild the motor.. just get the headgasket, and studs like others had stated..

Boosting it stock would be safe, but some good safety precautions for your goals would be a freshy OEM headgasket and ARP head studs.

i wouldnt even open the motor up. just boost it.

charge piping isnt a one size fits all type of deal. it is specific to the turbo, the chassis, the exhaust manifold, the intercooler, the intake manifold, etc. this is something you will likely want to have welded locally.

make sure you put the money in the right places. a proper engine management system is a must. we tune most of our customer cars on hondata, and neptune, have you found a qualified tuner in your area that you will be getting the car tuned at?

looks like typical ebay junk. junk turbo, most likely the stuff wont fit, and paying someone to fabricate, and fix everything will take cost more than buying a good kit to begin with.
