How do I get my headlights looking like these?

thats called using cheap plastic for the lens. its usually not visible from most angles, you have to shine the light on it the right way. most stock plastic lens dont have any rainbows, its usually the cheaper aftermarket lights or if they used a poor quality plastic formula at the factory.
i don't think it is cheap plastic, i have seen a few lights like that at car shows... i saw a green civic that look nice with them. i also don't think it's only on new lights, it's the way they come. someone has got to know where to get them. correct me it i'm wrong but the ones he is talking about are VERY rainbow and you can see them at all angles.

I would have to agree with the no tint opinions! Im a big fan of adequate lighting so if i want a yellow hue on the road, get fog lights and get bulbs made for bad weather and snow! the yellow tint will actually cut through the snow and rain BETTER than blue light!

As far as head lights with "gay rainbow s**t", Windex is the key!
Wax can in time yellow your lenses... in the very bad yellow foggy way. Keep them clean and bug free and you will be alright.

You can always get 'ionized' headlights, or 'chameleon' headlights.

ionized is the rainbow to bluish. Mostly bluish.

chameleon, at certain angles is clear, and turns to purple, with sometimes a tint of green/blue

i think you can get ion ones from egay. the chameleon ones i got it from a local store back in Chicago. In the process of de-ricing it. Highschool days are long over, and it was 'in' at the time.

No, stock Civic lights can do this too.

And the photos above are just "ion" lights. I've never heard anyone try to differentiate between the two headlights in the photos posted.

In those 2pics above... that doesn't happen during manufacturing process.... That's exactly what I wanted to know, ion/polarized headlighs. Thanks!

No, we've had it happen on stock '96-'98 Civic headlights too.

I have those ionized lens on my EBP and they look OK considering the paint of my car. I bought them from ebay but I cant find them, maybe somebody else could direct you to the right place where you can buy 'em. IMO, I would just tint it with yellow. I have an extra set of headlights and when I get a chance to tint them, I'll post some pics up here.

They DO look sick! And I wasn't able to find them on eBay either... Any one know where these are for sale??? If they're not too expensive I'll buy'em and sell my black one...
