so i just finish my mini me and this is the check engine light codes that i got

Primary Oxygen Sensor - Heater circuit malfunction code 41

Vtec spool solenoid code 21

21 - VTEC Solenoid Valve Defective circuit or unplugged/defective solenoid valve

bad vtec solenoid looks like

41 - Primary Oxygen Sensor – Heater Circuit malfunction

bad o2 sensor heater, kinda self-explanatory

i got a p28 in a 99 mini me should i change the o2 sensor but the one on top? and how do i know if the vtec solonioc is bad? i think im getting vtec
