Hmmm... not sure about the fan relay but my father def put in a new temp sensor back in May. I'm about to give in and take it to a honda dealership and hopefully there's a coolant specialist that can diagnose this f**king thing once and for all. I never have this problem during the winter or driving to and from work or even out somewhere around town without the a/c on. It only becomes a problem when the a/c is running for a long time or it's really hot out and the fan isn't circulating long enough to bring it back down to a normal temp. The car isn't really "overheating", it's mainly while I'm driving I'll notice the temp go above or beyond the middle point on the gauge. Once I pop the hood, I check the overflow and sure enough its filled to the brim.
