Hello everyone my name is zaib & i live in united arab emirates (dubai) .... i own a honda civic Vti hatchaback 1998 .... it has been driven 107000 kms on a stock d16y6 engine .... the problem which i faced recently is that when the A/C is turned and the car is stationary ... its rpm begins to fluctuate from up to down for a while and then normal ... and when this happens the cooling of the A/C is gone unless the car is moving .... i even changed the spark plugs of my car as they were in very bad condition but no use ..... i would be really thankfull to you if you would help me in this matter .... any questions i would love to answer ... hope you understood my problem

sounds like the belt is slipping, or the bearing in the compressor pulley is going out

Finally i found a good garage to sort the problem out .... the problem was in the condensor fan motor .... the condensor fan motor was weak and because of that when the car would be stationary the A/C didnt cool ... so i changed the fan and now the A/C is cooling ... Thankyou all for your support

Regards,
Zaib
