What about the zombies that chase you and end up hanging on for the intergalactic ride? They dont need oxygen because they are dead. And the extreme cold of space wouldnt kill them either.

you know, i never understood this, really... when it comes to zombies. they're reanimated, and in order to be that way, they'd have to have some bodily functions OTHER than minimal brain function. a husk cannot get up and walk and s**t, there has to be air and blood for them to move.What about the zombies that chase you and end up hanging on for the intergalactic ride? they have blood pumping through them, which they crave for more because it just leaks out of their bodies from all the f**ked up muscles and skin and tissue they have thats not holding it in..
which means they have air. and need air.

Okay f**k it, zombies snuck into the space shuttle that you hijacked to save the world and humanity from the evil zombies. You land on mars, they follow you onto the surface and eat your ass and turn you into a martian zombie.

when i got on mars 6 years later and zobbies who have been burnt to ash and fronzen in sub-zero space conditions, if they still follow me, which is what a total of like 5 "super" zombies tops, or by this time in the process of esacaping earth they would like re-aminmated frozen ash, which is off the thread topic, because their not zombies anymore , they are now re-anmiatied frozen ash, i would image that reanmiated frozen ash can't hurt me, or it can't make me a zombie

You guys have it all wrong. You need to get your FACTS. The Zombie Survival Guide, by Max Brooks i believe, has all your answers. Zombies don't need air. Yes they will freeze but will thaw and keep eating. They do not get tired. They are not fast either. They will not drown in water and animals will not eat zombies because they are infected, however the water will make them decompose quicker. The only way to kill the zombie is destroying the brain.

Exactly. Now your talking. but how do we get them all in one place for a mass burning? i guess it depends on how big of an outbreak it is.
so i think it would be a good plan to have massive liquid nitrogen sprayers. that way we could freeze the zombies until we could contain a group and burn them or we could just crush their skulls while they're immobilized.

i'm thinking of a solution. Think about it, even if you survive, there's someone out there who didn't plan properly and who's now a zombie. Even if you kill one zombie, you may prevent hundreds from being spawned.
