gauge cluster not working!

last night i hit a pothole, now my speedo, tach, fuel gauge, temp gauge, and clock do not work.
also my turn signals don't work. all of the lights light up for the dash.
i searched all over and no one has seemed to have a problem like this.
i was thinking a relay or a ground issue.

anyone ever have any problems like this?

p.s. it is the original cluster.

just checked all the plugs, they're fine. now the cluster is out and i want to test to see if there's power going from the sensors to the cluster, but idk the pinout.

:word:
i need a wiring diagram so i can see where that circuit is grounded to..
i don't really feel like messing with it, i'm about to go out to dinner for my 17th bday.

None of your cluster works if your hazard lights come unplugged. Just a thought.

thanks guys, yeah i checked the fuses & the hazards work.
one of the fuses keeps blowing so i have a short somewhere.
tomorrow at school i'm going to just print out diagrams on mitchell
and trace the wires.but for now it gives me an excuse to drive my
EF hatch i bought on monday =)

alright i'm down at the shop in my school right now and
i got the wiring diagram for the fuse box to the cluster.
i traced all of the wires and i can't find anything wrong
with them. i hooked up a circuit breaker where the fuse
that keeps blowing goes and it started to burn wires which
i guess is a good thing because now i know where the wire
is. its somewhere under insulation below the pedal assembly.
so when i get home i'm going to look further into it. does anyone
know what wires run under there?

I had somethign like this happen shortly after installing my new taillights. i guess the bulb was moving around in the socket continouesly blowing the fuse, went through about 5 fuses. so don't know if that will help but all my gauges, blinkers, and clock went out too. hope that might help

Sorry to bring back the dead but since the thread was labled "gauge cluster not working" i thought i should post my issue here instead of creating another thread. Here it goes..

I just swapped out the stock cluster from my 93 civic hatch for a 96 Integra DC cluster. I re-wired all the wires and checked everything 3-4x's.
The Tach and the Speedometer works 100%

Ok heres the issues i have.
-Fuel gauge will only go up to 1/4 tank.
-Temp gauge doesnt respond at all.
- Lastly, when i speed up//accelerate the highbeam bulb and the turn signal bulbs will start getting bright as if they are on, but once i slow down they start to dim back down.

Please help me out i cant stand not knowing how much gas i have left and not knowing if my car is hot/cold.
Thanks fellow Clubcivic members.

how did you end up fixin this i am havin the same problem.
okay i had the same problem and i ended up fixing it.

for future reference, a 3 pronged brown plug came loose near the top of my underdash fusebox. after i plugged it back in, i checked all my underhood and underdash fuses and found a blown 10 fuse under "backup light". changed that and everything worked again.
