Man, I could build my own PC, but I am just too lazy, I am very happy with my Dell XPS 410, we got it for $800, with fax/scanner/printer included. I am in love with this thing. IT has only broken once... and that was when Mr. Lighning decided to hit my DSL pole and fry my internet card..... sad face. lol Thank god it was under waranty at the time!

great deal. with pre-built PC pricing dropping so much, it's really hard to keep up with the pricing when we build them ourselves. the reason is simple: it's the surge in demand for computers. demand goes up, price goes down. simple economics. when i build someone a computer, i don't make over $50 for my time/labor.

alarm is disabled, starter-kill is disengaged, mr2 is driveable once again. the siren is right next to the battery, so it was really painful disconnecting the batt. at least i didn't have to cut the siren's ground cable. it took me a while, but i finally found the brain... and it turns out the valet button had fallen off its original mounting and it ended up deep inside the dash. figures...

thanks bro... my ears are still ringing.. at one point as i was unscrewing the batt terminal connections, my right ear started to crackle really bad. then it started echoing inside my head. it was painful to say the least.

so a buddy of mine down in CHI got his car stolen like a month and a half ago

they found it yesterday, not stripped or anything, looked just like the day he lost it.

they stole it back

hey adrian, do you know if your remote works with a 671XV?? it's an older discontinued model. the 3000 series replaced it.

To be totally honest I have no idea. My alarm's a 5900 series. But I know that I could get 2 different remotes that don't have the LCD screen and they would work. You might want to look into whatever lcd remote was offered at that time. I also know for a fact that the older lcd remote won't work with my 5900, it has to be the 1 mile range one. So maybe that answers your question. I wish I knew more about it.

Yeah, I looked up your remote when you pm'ed me about it. I think this one's really cool for not having an LCD screen...

I'm considering getting one when I can finally afford to buy a spare. I think I remember reading somewhere that I could use it with my alarm system.

dude, i sell you a gsr one for fifty bucks. its a 14MM

you got strut bars?

hope you plan on getting a asr brace. dont want you tearing your subframe

all you need is good linkage at the lca and at the subframe(brackets)
the subframe is made of metal, the weakest points are the mounting locations.
if the subframe is weak or damaged,then i would worry.
i recomend you use strong/long bolts(g10), then there shouldnt be a problem.

you only need a brace there if you got a HUGE bar.
