So now going back. What do you guys think is a good turbo kit? Is full race a good setup? Or what else?

also decide on if u want ur AC and PS cuz if u do ur gonna have to go with a log style manny.

you where better off with the b16 if you wanted to boost. the c5 was ment to be an all motor motor.

no point. it was a waste of a type r motor then. you have 2 options.

1. build a/m with the type r
2. use the b16 you have and build that for boost

and to answer your questions there are alot of companies that make turbo kits. full race ( awesome quality, pretty damn expensive). go-autoworks also makes killer quality turbo kits at a really good price.

Yo why do you say stay N/A? I don't really have a budget. not to sound like a ass but i don't really have a set amount that i don't want to go over. I would like to run around 275-300 horse and be reliable also. So i am asking for your guys input.

For that amount of HP you could run a custom turbo kit and it will be dependable. Yes higher comp is more of a pain to tune around, but if you get a tuner that knows what they are doing it shouldn't be a problem. You can run your 275whp goal on your ITR as it is.

Personally I would build the B16 all the way (Sleeves, Rods, Pistons, Valvetrain) throw some nice cams in their and shoot for the stars. Then you could sell you ITR to recoup some of the costs for building the B16. However if you goal is only 300whp just stick with the ITR.
