SO HERE IS THE PROBLEM I HAVE A EG WITH A D16Z6 AND EVERYTHING WAS NORMAL TILL I SLAPPED A GREDDY turbo
ON IT THE PROBLEM IS MY CAR OVER HEATS I CHANGED everything FROM RADIATOR TO FAN THERMOSTAT AND FAN SENSOR THEN I NOTICED THAT WHEN I WILL HIT BOOST RADIATOR FLUID WOULD SPIT INTO THE OVERFLOW THIS HAPPENS ONLY WHEN I HIT BOOST AND IT DOESN'T SUCK IT BACK UP AFTERWORDS DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS CAN BE ??

when changed to a new radiator did you bleed the system?
new hoses as well? are they leaking at all?
is there just smoke coming out of the bay or is the needle at H?

yeah I changed hoses and bled the system and the needle goes up to H at idle only then goes back down when running and no smoke from engine bay it just throws a lot of fluid into resorvor

is it running stock headgasket and headbolts?

yeah sounds like your getting head lift and coolant push. if you arent using arp head studs, get some... and change the head gasket.

yeah I am and I have over 100k miles that's what I was thinking I might be getting some head lift but theres no coolent in the oil???

well, i think since your boosted the coolant is just being forced thru the block and overflowing into your catch tank... thats just what i can come up with tho...

id still say get some arp headstuds and a new OEM headgasket.
