I guess you didn't get my sarcasm...a W1 is not nearly as loud as you are describing...not to mention, I am pretty sure that a cop did not tell you what he did the way you just said it...
naa dude that's what he said! word for word. were you there? no. you were not. cops in nyc are not like cops in south carolina. they go hard out here. i was chillin in an empty parking lot away from residential neighborhoods. the closest place to me was a mcdonalds (which was closed). i'm more responsible then that, blastin music next to houses. but i guess you're right when u say it doesn't hit that hard. keep in mind this is the first subwoofer i have ever bought. i ended up paying a little over $300. i like it though! the bass isn't really over powering. i dont turn the woofer up more than half way and it sounds pretty decent with my components. when it comes to my audio set up i am experiencing a little problem though...my 5 3/4 on the passenger door builds up condensation. i think water may be leaking through the space for my window. a few weeks ago i blew that same speaker and ended up buying another pair. when i replaced it i saw a lot of water on the magnet. any suggestions on how i might solve this?

It can be found used for much cheaper than new though FTW...when I got my 10W7 and Kicker ZX1000.1 I only paid $250 for it...that was almost a year ago and it has worked 100% since the day I bought it...
