would anyone know how to make a switch panel push button starter. apparently one of my little cousins got ahold of my damn last key to my civic. and lost it. so im going to have to do door poppers and push button starter now since i have no keys for the locks or anything. ill just install an alarm with some power locks and shave my doors but apparently i have no keys anymore yay. so if anyone could help me out that would be great. i cant find any write ups on civic just mustangs and stuff.

thanks

p.s im not worried bout the car gettin stolen i live in the middle of nowere and its garage kept only for car shows.

Take out the lock cylinder to your trunk/hatch.

Take it to the locksmith.

Give him $25 or so.

Or go to the dealer and give him twice as much to get one cut from your VIN

As soon as you get a new key, you will find your original....that's the way it works.

Seriously, doing it the way you are describing sounds needlessly complicated and destructive. You are going to have to break the steering lock and explain to the cops why you don't have a key everytime you get pulled over.

50 bucks for a key cut by vin? We used to have them cut for customers all day long for like 5-10 bucks around here.. lol
