I have a civic with a d16y8 turbo with 440 injectors t3 turbo front mount and rfl bov tuned with s100.The engine harnes is obd2b with a conversion harness .One of the problems im having is when i plug the green wire in on the harness my car will not run at all when its cold and my gauge will not work but when i unplug it my car will start up and run ill let it warm up then i can plug the green plug in and start the car , but it kinda tries to start then almost dies but starts back up fast. and my gauge cluster and vtec will work when i have itpluged in. My other problem is my car will sometimes go into safe mode when im at wot it will kinda missfire. If i just do half throtel my car does just fine. I have no check engine lights at all.

Its your IACV valve its a blue clip on your fuel rail, It has a black casing around it. Look under the black thing and you will see a blue connector, take it off and that should help. My 99 civic D16Y8 did the same thing.....if that doesnt fix the problem, then you need to tighten your idle valve inside your TB....thats alittle difficult to do tho. Try the blue connector first and see what happens

what do you mean on the fuel rail there is only one sensor on the fuel rail and the idcv is on the back of the intake manifold
