The house behind me just sold for 66,000. 18 months ago it was appraised at 230,000.

canada's historically always had higher petrol prices than the US... more inline with the UK's petrol prices, it seems.

So um im noticing gas is starting to creep back up, whats up with that? Did i miss something? maybe not watching enough news? whatever it is, i already don't like it.
