That's a nice product. but anyone who has real CTR interior knows it's not black. Ill be using this stuff on my daily 86' corolla trim panels as well. looking forward to seeing your progress.

LOL I meant real CTR isnt black at all, it's a dark gray. I have some CTR door panels & when they were put against black door panels you could see the shade was different

mmmmm nice^^^

ok so, i decided to take it slow. i had an extra interior piece in my garage...so i tested it out. i followed all the steps correctly, and i just finished painting it like 10 minutes ago. i held it up to the piece that was the same but that was unpainted, and the finish looked exactly the same. and the black looks really nice. so im going to let the piece i did dry for 24 hours like it says. and i gonna try to scratch it and rub it...and just test the quality of the finish. if it holds up ill be doing everything. if its not durable, im not gonna do my interior. but i have high expectations for SEM products. ill update this when its completely cured.

if you guys research the product a bit...youll see why i picked this instead of 5 dollar advanced auto spray paint...

and go read that h-t thread i posted
Spray pain, dye, whatever. I don't like having my OEM interior parts tampered with.

ok so its been about 7 hours since i finished spraying the first piece...so i tried as hard as a could to scratch it with my nail....and nothing happened. i rubbed it with my thumb really hard too, and still nothing. so im happy with my results. im painting a few pieces now and will have pics up in a few hours

im watching this major cuz if i cant find a eg6 black rear seat conversion ima have to just buy the grey one and do this....does it keep the texture of the stock panels? and what about the feel of it? does it feel like its "stock"
