Honda says I am right. Here's the part numbers for the "front bumper beam",

96 EX Coupe:
71130-S01-A01ZZ

98 DX Hatch:
71130-S01-A01ZZ

00 LX Sedan:
71130-S01-A01ZZ

I had to prove my case, b/c ppl like you are giving out false info.

And for the 99-00 front end conversion on the 96-98 Civics, you have to cut back the radiator support.
