Does your center console arm rest squeak like crazy when you try to close it?, even after trying to grease up the moving parts?

I don't have one so...No. Plastic squeaking is when two plastic things rub together, look at all the places that it could do that and either try to make some adjustments or file away the offending area. Hope this helped???

thats what i had in mind, but want to see if this is common for us because i remember it did that when it was brand new

yep, but I actually put some petrolium jelly in their, and it works pretty good now.

That's weird, well you could always open it up and check it out, sounds like your going to need a new spring or something behind the knob you twist to control.

Ha I only have one 12" nothing crazy.
Thats where there is two small screws no? Is that what your talking about?

yeah it could be rubbing or the screws are loose
