Went to the in-laws early today for a "Very Merry Cambodian Christmas" so we had this weird gravy boiling on the table via some hote plate and we cooked beef, squid, octopus, shrimp, muscles and crab. After all the meat and seafood is done cooking in the gravy it is set over the top of some white noodles and garnished with fresh greens that also soaked in the gravy. The Cambodians call it "yo-hahn" and it's good. Forgot to take the camera but I had this snack a minute ago here at home.....
