i need help car has a shortage.. but i dont know where to start looking , every time i turned on the head light it blew a fuse so i replaced it with same amp(10) blew 4 already after that the head light n cluster didn't want to turn on so i check under the fuse box it blew fuse (30) which is it says head light .. can some one please help me find the short. The car is 99 civic coupe .

Dude, that is in no way safe. How could you even tell someone to do that. That could cause a fire so quickly.
DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT listen to that post.
You need to start at both headlight harnesses and check to see if any wires have been cut or spliced....more often than not, there has to be bare wire somewhere that is touching metal and shorting out the connection.

i have another question , the R/headlamp fuse only pops when the lights is switched to the on position. whats does that mean ??

well this may sound ridiculous to some. but wut u can do is hook up a 10 amp breaker where the fuse is supposed to be. figure out the path of the wiring. find urself a compass and turn on the lights. then make ur way along the path of the wiring and the compass will point to the wiring bc it creates a magnetic field. once the compass points away you found ur short
