Painted my floormats

Well I have been wanting to do this for a while now.....Its pretty easy, just clean vaccum and paint.

Wonder how long they'll last, looks good now, but so do candy red painted tails. Let us know how they are in 6mo - 1yr

edit - I dyed mine black in August and they havent lost any color

for those that didnt clean prep them properly, yeah maybe 6months - 1 year. but hey. it cost about 10-20bucks to do.

OP: Good work :thumbup: Ive been searching on how to do this for awhile now to. Theres a section of how this guy did it to his integra on H-T but instead of the floor mats, He did his entire carpets.

Update us on how it looks within 6months from now *if you remember to* aha. :thumbup:

um actually this is no offense, but I tried this method on a the fabric in a door panel and it turned out rough and hard as hell. Other than that doesn't look too bad, but I bet it would be a better idea just to buy new ones. Still though looks nice from pictures.

They werent that hard actually. I was able to rub my hand through it.
