So, what is good to do during New Years?
My father is here from Mexico, and I want to do something cool with him (He is 65, so idk how many more new years I have left with him)
I am in Naperville, and my f**king job has me "on call" until 6PM... thats bulshit.
I was thinking going to Hooters, but idk, my dad and I could always hop on the train, and go to Chicago... ideas, please?

Also, I got friends throwing parties, but I cant bring my dad with me, obiously, but I would feel like s**t not bringing him, he came here all the way from Mexico just to see me. And as I said, he is 65, so IDK hoe much more time I have left of him... kinda of a depressing thought, but it is true.

Nah. he is not sick, but still, most of my friends at school have parents that are in their late 40's or early 50's

I like the idea of taking him downtown, showing him around, and I think they usually have a fireworks display at the Navy Pier around midnight if you wouldn't think he'd freeze his ass off.
