Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!! It happened to me as well. It's the only thing that's suppose to calm me down during labor pains.

yea i took off the screws on the bottom and took off the case and unplugged the battery for 30 sec and reinstaleed every thing and it worked

my zune is still on 2.0(oem) firmware. the issue seems to be only effecting devices on 3.1 or new firmware.

only do steps 1-2-3 and pry very soft on the bottom till it opens. you will see a little ribbon, it plugs into the little socket, unlock the little safety and it should come right out. let it sir for 30 sec and plug it in and lock the safety down and clip the zune together again. hit the plat button till it starts up again. it will work.

no, not sure what the plans are for today yet. i did change my oil while it was snowing out though.

Connie, if you don't know what you're doing, you might not want to dive into that, you're deff voiding any warranty you have the second you pop the case open.

Just a thought.
