only do steps 1-2-3 and pry very soft on the bottom till it opens. you will see a little ribbon, it plugs into the little socket, unlock the little safety and it should come right out. let it sir for 30 sec and plug it in and lock the safety down and clip the zune together again. hit the plat button till it starts up again. it will work.

Hmmmm.... I got the first step done. But the rest...

Connie, if you don't know what you're doing, you might not want to dive into that, you're deff voiding any warranty you have the second you pop the case open.

Seriously... Fedex has an hour to deliver my s**t. Five days and after calling them countless times discribing WHERE my house sits on the property and everything along those lines. Plus they have my frigging number to call. I was home all day except for lunchtime when I was at the hospital for an hour. Not just one package, but TWO with two different tracking numbers. I even chased down a Fedex Express truck a block away from my house to see if one of the packages was there. Then around 3:45pm I saw a ground Fedex truck just FLYBY out my window. It's a 25 mph zone and a stop sign less than 200 feet. Where the f**k was he going?
