I have a RF p6001 mono channel amp, and 2 12" Alpine type E's.

What would be the best way to wire them?

Please read the spec of your amp and what power output, like 600 watt to 1 ohm or 8 ohm.....
What ohm are your speaker, make sure you check is it a Dual 4 ohm or dual two ohm?

Is there anyway to wire these to a 2 ohm load?

Or is it only 4 ohm and 1 ohm.
And i dont quite know if my amp can work with a 1ohm load. It doesnt say.

Your subs are single voice coil, you can either wire them into an 8ohm load or a 2 ohm load. To obtain the 2 ohm load, connect all the positive ends together and likewise all the negative ends. This is called wiring in parallel.
