Salsa- Chop 3-6 tomatillos depending on size, 2-4 chilis, 1/4 red onion, as much garlic as you like, cilantro. I usually sneak in a habanero for an extra kick but didn't this time.
Heat on low 5-7 minutes to marry the flavors together. Nobody wants that raw tomatillo flavor. This will also bring down the spicy factor and that's where the habanero comes in handy.
Finished. Also adding lime juice will bring down the heat for you pussies.
