although you have the 100% right idea when it comes to PAINTING s**t before it goes on your car...
SIR lips are supposed to be left unpainted
they leave them unpainted right from the factory.

SiR lip would be complete. You know that "contrast" you spoke of earlier with your Rotas pertains to the lip as well.
I think the SiR lip would look much better than a mugen lip.
