so i think i might be getting a DSLR for my birthday. my mom was dropping lots of hints towards it. Canon EOS Rebel XS. any info on this thing? like what kind of media it takes and good accessories i should look into?
I say go with Nikon. Not that Canon is bad. My dad is a Canon guy. Nikon just has better lenses, and camera's aren't worth s**t without the lenses.

go to RITZ.COM they do have sales right now. I bought my D60 for $700 and it came with the bag, two lenses (18-55 and 55-200). Also, bought the D40 for the wife and she has the same set up only that one is $600

as far as accessories and/or media..photoshop, tripod and/or monopod, remote control, filter (UV filter to start AND IS a must to protect your lense). and camera bag of course.

I like the weight of the skunk2 but during long drives. it does transfer heat so knob gets sorta hot but like i said. I love the weight of it.

now the spoon knob I have on now. Its GREAT! but do wished it had a little more weight to it. maybe like a few more grams or so.

just do that with your stock boot. i dont think there is a big difference in the boot material between stock and t-r.

:word:

or if you REALLY want a new boot just buy a replica ctr one and do that instead of spending money on genuine s**t just to change it all up.
